Nielsen Receives Emerson's Novello Award

Emerson Climate Technologies has awarded Randy Nielsen the 2006 Robert J. Novello Leadership Award.
Nielsen, operations director in Hartselle, AL, received the award for his leadership and dedication to Emerson through years of service and mentoring, and for his leadership in his field of expertise.
Nielsen began his career at Emerson Climate Technologies in the mid 1990s. Since then, Nielsen has led significant operational improvements at the Hartselle, manufacturing plant, including significant improvement in employee safety and communications. Nielsen also successfully led Hartselle through extensive supplier and production changes in 2006 by maintaining productivity and morale.
