Johnson Controls recently introduced the York® Certified Comfort Expert™ (CCE) program as a way to keep York brands top of mind for comfort system shoppers.

Designed to create a more sophisticated, accomplished and successful dealer, the York Certified Comfort Expert program encourages homeowners to seek out an HVAC dealer who displays the York Certified Comfort Expert logo. The York Certified Comfort Expert program provides a variety of features and benefits for dealers who earn the CCE designation. For example, A Dealer Loyalty Savings program allows participating dealers to earn a deferred income benefit upon retirement. What’s more, the York CCE program positions eligible dealers to offer their customers 100% satisfaction on the installation of York products for one year, a two-year guarantee on repairs, including parts and labor, and a warranty on York Affinity™ premium systems. York Certified Comfort Experts are eligible to participate in a truck stocking program that includes discounts on parts purchases, extended terms and special gifts tied to purchase levels. In addition, York Certified Comfort Experts receive a logo kit that includes truck decals and uniform patches to denote their special certification. They also receive a discount on the purchase price of a York-recommended touch screen laptop and are entitled to personal use rebates on York products. To meet the program’s strict certification requirements, at least 50% of a dealer’s technicians who certify or approve installation and service work must be certified through North American Technician Excellence, Inc. (NATE), and at least one technician must complete a minimum of one York online technical training module per year. Additionally, at least one employee must have completed a combined total of at least eight hours of York Business Training University (BTU) courses within one calendar year.
