With this acquisition, ENE Systems launches the newly formed ENE Systems of New Hampshire, a company focused on helping customers meet the challenges of running complex building automation systems, while reducing operating and energy costs.

The InsideIQ Building Automation Alliance, an international alliance of independent building automation contractors, has expanded into New Hampshire, and now offers its building systems expertise to commercial facilities throughout the Granite state. The expansion is the result of an acquisition, in which Inside IQ member firm ENE Systems, Inc. has purchased Pro Controls, a Bow, New Hampshire-based facilities and energy management control system contractor.

ENE Systems, based in Canton, Mass., is the largest independent control contractor in New England.

With this acquisition, ENE Systems launches the newly formed ENE Systems of New Hampshire, a company focused on helping customers meet the challenges of running complex building automation systems, while reducing operating and energy costs. “We are very excited about being able to serve public and private facilities of all sizes here in New Hampshire,” said ENE Systems President R. Lindsay Drisko. “As a New England-based company, we have a long history of loyalty to the region. Coming to New Hampshire is a natural extension.”

“ENE Systems of New Hampshire is positioned to be able to take advantage of all the training and networking benefits provided by InsideIQ,” said Leroy Walden, president of the InsideIQ Building Automation Alliance. “Our annual summits allow members to network, learn about new technologies and share best practices. This enables InsideIQ firms to offer their customers the most advanced building automation, energy management or security integration services available anywhere.”

ENE Systems specializes in the engineering, installation and ongoing support of facility management, energy management and building automation systems. Its primary focus is on reducing the operating and energy costs of its clients. “I’m proud of the experience and breadth of services we are bringing to New Hampshire. But most of all, it’s our dedication to understanding and delivering on the needs of our customers that will have the greatest impact,” Drisko added.
