Will Honeywell and UTX Merge? Anti-trust a Question

Reuters reported today that Honeywell International and Carrier parent company United Technologies have held talks related to a possible merger in the last two weeks, but UTX believes a merger would not be permitted over anti-trust concerns. Both companies are big in aerospace and the HVAC industry. The merger would result in an estimated $94 billion company.
