BOMA2024 Convenes July 14-16 in Philadelphia

The BOMA2024 International Conference & Expo will be held July 13-16 inside the Philadephia Convention Center, Philadelphia, PA.

Questions are everywhere in today’s fluctuating commercial real estate landscape, but there’s only one place with the answers. The 2024 BOMA International Conference & Expo is your go-to source for cutting-edge solutions that give you a new (and confident) outlook on what’s next. Commercial real estate experts will insights on the latest decarbonization and sustainability initiatives. Attendees will have time to trade ideas with their peers on popular occupant amenities. Attendees can then use this information to develop practical strategies for employing the innovative tools and technologies on display on the Expo Floor. 

Education sessions begin on Sunday, July 14 at 9:45 am. The event concludes Tuesday, July 16 with an awards reception and gala. More than 100 experts in real estate and energy will be presenting.

BOMA serves the entire commercial real estate community, including owners, managers, property professionals, engineers, and service providers of all commercial building types, encompassing office, industrial, medical, corporate, government, and mixed-use. Keynote speakers for this event will be author, radio host and television personality Michael Smerconish and behavioral scientist, social psychologist, author and lecturer Dr. Amy Cuddy who will offer answers on how leaders can re-empower and reset employees so they can thrive in these tumultuous times. 

Prior to Dr. Cuddy's presentation, BOMA International President and Chief Operating Officer, Henry Chamberlain, APR, CAE, FASAE, and Senior Vice President, Mary Lue Peck, will take the stage Tuesday morning to deliver BOMA's annual State of the Industry address. They'll present an in-depth look at the current state of the CRE industry and provide insight into how this time of disruption and fast-paced change is transforming commercial real estate for the long-term.
