If you work in a contracting business, you’ve seen it 1,000 times: an HVAC system that is either far past its prime or way out of its element in a customer’s home or business. For times when a customer’s due for a something new, you should have some go-to selling points for adoption of an HVAC system.

We wanted to put together some common issues customers may have that could very well be solved by implementing a new system. Here are seven common reasons why customers may need a new HVAC system in place.
