ST. LOUIS, MO — The NORDYNE Regional Road Show got the green flag as the company kicked off its first leg of the tour Aug. 4, 2008. Since then, the show has rolled into eight cities — and declared eight winners of the NASCAR® racing prize package.

Winning dealers received two tickets to their track of choice, hotel accommodations and a monetary gift card for expenses. Leroy Stewart of Stewart Heat & Air was the big winner at the Aug. 11 show in Charlotte, NC.

“This is great,” said Stewart. “I was not expecting this, and it will be hard to decide which race I want to go to.” Stewart has his choice of more than 20 tracks, including his local Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte.

NASCAR was just one of the draws to the NORDYNE event. According to attending NORDYNE product managers and engineers, the show series has been a success thanks to the technical information provided on the company's new furnaces. “Overall, we're ecstatic with the response. There's a lot of interest out there in our new furnace line,” says Doug Jones, NORDYNE vice president of marketing and sales.

The NORDYNE Regional Road Show puts pedal to the metal again in early October with tour stops in New Orleans, Houston and Dallas. Dealers and distributors interested in attending one of these shows should visit www.NordyneRoadShow.com for dates and locations as well as contest rules.
