Carrier Corp. was recently honored by BACnet ® International with a “Leaders of the Pack” award at the 2010 Facility Decisions Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, Nev.
Carrier received the Fox Hound Award for its volunteerism in the BACnet community and its industry leading i-Vu® Open Control system, which combines state-of-the-art Carrier equipment, plug-and-play controllers, and the powerful, web-based i-Vu® user interface to form a cohesive, intuitive, and fully integrated BACnet® Building Automation System.

Carrier has been manufacturing BACnet-based products for over five years and has been active in the BACnet community but decided to join BACnet International in 2009 to further support the BACnet standard and evolving community.
