ICM Controls announces its new and totally redesigned website www.icmcontrols.com, an informational portal where customers can quickly obtain detailed information on ICM Controls’ hundreds of HVAC products.

The new site is compatible with today’s smartphones, making it easier than ever for contractors in the field to look up and/or download helpful application guides, specification sheets, wiring diagrams, cross reference information, and more. The site also features a handy locator tool that allows users to find an authorized ICM Controls distributor by simply entering their zip code. There’s even a new product rating and review tool that allows a customer to provide product feedback that may prove helpful to others using the site for research.

Rather than bury information in a myriad of pages and links, or require users to fill out forms to access key data, ICM Controls’ new website is set up so that visitors, especially contractors, can quickly find what they are looking for.

“In designing the new website, we were more concerned with establishing a great user experience than injecting mere glamour and glitz,” said Kevin Jobsky, director of marketing for ICM Controls. “Feedback since our recent launch has been extremely positive. As the site continues to evolve, we encourage our customers to tell us about ways we can continue to enhance the user experience.”

The new website was developed by Akron, Ohio-based OuterBox Solutions, which has designed user-friendly e-Commerce sites for product manufacturers and online retail stores.
