All four of HARDI’s regional meetings in 2010 will feature Dr. Barry Lawrence of Norm Clark from Texas A&M’s Supply Chain Systems Laboratory who will present the findings of their most recent research consortium on distributor Sales & Marketing Optimization. At several of last year's meetings, Dr. Lawrence presented findings from their previous Optimizing Distributor Profitability consortium and received rave reviews. The prospect that this new consortium’s findings could quantify sales and marketing practices generally thought unquantifiable makes this year’s program-packed regional meetings can’t-miss management events.
