Prior to working at Ultriva, Young was materials and supply chain leader for Trane in Vidalia, GA, where his efforts in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma excellence earned him the President’s Award and other industry-wide recognition. “Bristol Compressors is well known in the industry, and I am pleased to work with a world-class producer,” Young says. “Supply chain is an important part of the production process, and I will be concentrating on manufacturing practices, in addition to building on longstanding supplier relationships and forming new ones.”
