New Online Training Option for HARDI Members

HARDI announces the official launch of its new Distribution Learning Network (DLN) – a powerful and comprehensive online learning system for all personnel of HARDI members.

The DLN is both a Learning Management System, capable of tracking individual performance and company-wide training, AND an entire library of online education courses offerings accessible on demand 24/7.

The benefits to the company are a lower total cost of training, measurable returns on training investment, greater employee retention with promotion potential and increased workforce productivity and satisfaction. The key benefit to the individual is valuable and complete training, at your pace and your convenience. All you need is a computer with access to the Internet.

The online library of courses is categorized both by job functions in a distributorship as well as under the general industry headings. Courses are also listed alphabetically. Costs to a member firm are a one-time, initial set up fee of $350 and then the purchase price of individual courses (Some as low as $20!). The course library is composed of already established training materials from RSES, ASHRAE and other NATE recognized courses. Additionally, the DLN offers a whole host of business and management training programs that can be used for those entering the management level or as an enhancement for executives wanting to brush up skills.

For HARDI Supplier members the DLN offers an opportunity for them to place their online-ready courses onto the system for their client base to access or for open enrollments to the general public.

HARDI is pleased to bring this new and incredibly powerful tool to its members through its affiliation with, an Austin, Texas-based employee owned multi-national e-learning pioneer.
