Nexstar Network Expands Access to Trades Training with Free Public Content
BLOOMINGTON, Minnesota — Nexstar Network is bringing its popular NexTech On-the-Go video training series for the skilled trades to everyone — 100% free to the public on the organization’s YouTube channel. This specific content — previously available only through a paid NexTech Academy subscription — makes high-quality trades training accessible to the entire skilled trades community, helping both Nexstar members and the industry at large.
“Founded 33 years ago this month, Nexstar’s mantra — success through education and sharing — continues today as we bring our expert instructional content to YouTube,” explained Julian Scadden, Nexstar Network president and CEO. “In the past, these 200-plus professional videos, which were created by our NexTech Academy Workforce Development Coaches and technical team, were only available to subscribers. As we work to continue to elevate our PHCE trades industry, we see these resources benefiting many technicians and install professionals, who can tap into this relevant and educational content while on a service call via their phone or device.”
