CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee — Metro Plumbing, Heating & Air, a residential service provider in the Chattanooga region, has been acquired by USA Hometown Experts, a portfolio company of Atlanta-based MSouth Equity Partners.

Founded in 1989 by Mark Hardin, Metro has grown into one of the largest and most trusted providers of HVAC, plumbing, septic, and drain services in the area. Known for its quality workmanship and strong community ties, the company has built a solid reputation over more than three decades. Today, Metro is led by CEO Drew Hardin, who will continue to guide the company under its new ownership.
