AHR Expo 2026 Innovation Awards Spotlight Cutting-Edge HVACR Technologies

The AHR Expo has announced the winners of the 2026 AHR Expo Innovation Awards, recognizing ten HVACR products and technologies that exemplify creativity, efficiency, and real-world impact. Winners will be featured at the 2026 AHR Expo in Las Vegas, where one product will receive the top honor of Product of the Year.

“The achievement of an Innovation Award winner is a meaningful distinction in HVACR” said Show Manager Mark Stevens. “We’re proud to showcase the commitment and recognize the hard work of these manufacturers and their collective teams who are putting in the work to bring new and inventive solutions to market. The Innovation Awards not only highlight these accomplishments but also act as a benchmark for excellence, honoring the creativity and dedication shaping our industry's future.”        

The Innovation Awards honor advancements in ten key categories, including building automation, cooling, heating, indoor air quality, plumbing, refrigeration, software, sustainable solutions, tools and instruments, and ventilation. A panel of ASHRAE members evaluates each submission based on design, creativity, application, and market impact.

In addition to recognizing technical excellence, the Innovation Awards contribute to HVACR workforce development. Proceeds from entry fees fund educational initiatives that introduce students to the HVACR field through hands-on learning, equipment donations, and field trips to the AHR Expo.
