Seattle-Based ACI Mechanical & HVAC Sales Adopts ESOP for Employee Ownership

On its 40th anniversary, ACI Mechanical has shifted to 100% employee ownership, reinforcing its commitment to its staff, customers, and vendors.

SEATTLE — ACI Mechanical & HVAC Sales (ACI), based in Seattle, has transitioned to 100% employee ownership through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The move coincides with the company’s 40th anniversary.

Founded in 1985, ACI serves the commercial HVAC market across the Pacific Northwest. The ESOP structure allows current leadership to remain in place while providing long-term stability for employees, customers, and vendors.

"An ESOP is our way of showing the people who have helped build this company that they aren't just part of ACI, they are ACI.
