SAN DIEGO — Housecall Pro, a field service management platform, has unveiled its fall 2025 AI-powered update, introducing tools designed to enhance operational efficiency, marketing, and communication for home service contractors.
The update incorporates AI-driven features shaped by feedback from thousands of service professionals. CSR AI offers quick access to job history, outstanding balances, and suggested next steps. Marketing AI can generate professional messaging for invoices, estimates, and line items, while Analyst AI delivers custom business insights, including filtered customer lists and operational overviews.
HVAC technicians benefit from Bluon integration, which allows users to scan a unit or search model numbers to access specifications, OEM part numbers, replacement options, and AI-guided troubleshooting. The update also introduces Postcards, a direct-mail tool that targets customers by ZIP code and demographic, and a global chat hub that centralizes messages from customers, employees, and AI tools.
