LAS VEGAS — Taco recognized Kang Ho Lee, chairman of Taejin Fluid Technology, with the Dan Holohan Lifetime Contribution to Comfort Award at the 2026 AHR Expo.
The award honors individuals who demonstrate long-term commitment to hydronic education, industry leadership, and mentorship. It reflects the values and career legacy of Dan Holohan, a longtime advocate for comfort technology and professional development in the HVAC industry.
Lee has spent more than four decades advancing fluid technology, energy efficiency, and leadership practices across Asia, Europe, and North America. He currently serves as chairman of Taejin Fluid Technology and Predictive Management Group and previously held the role of chief executive officer at Grundfos Pumps Korea.

Lee has received several international honors during his career, including the Order of Industrial Service Merit from the Korean government, the Republic of Korea Presidential Award for Energy Conservation, and Denmark’s Prince Henrik’s Medal of Honor.
In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Lee has served as an adjunct professor at multiple universities in South Korea. He has also authored and co-authored books on leadership, global management, and personal development, including Think People.
The Dan Holohan Lifetime Contribution to Comfort Award is presented annually to an HVAC professional or organization that has made a significant contribution to comfort technology, training, or industry advancement. Past recipients include Robert Bean, Bruce Marshall, Dan Foley, John Barba, and other long-standing industry leaders.
