FALLS CHURCH, Virginia — The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) and the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors — National Association (PHCC) have launched a strategic collaboration aimed at strengthening the plumbing and HVACR contracting industry.
