JACKSONVILLE, Florida — Armstrong Air & Electric has expanded its HVAC and electrical services footprint in Northeast Florida with a new office in St. Johns County, extending operations into the greater Jacksonville area.
According to Armstrong Air & Electric, the expansion is designed to support increasing demand for installation, maintenance, repair, and system upgrades across residential, commercial, and multi-family properties. The new location also enables the company to strengthen its role in residential new construction and builder partnerships in the region.
The company has appointed a local leadership team to support operations and growth. Amy O’Grady joins as business development manager, focusing on building relationships with homeowners, builders, developers, and property managers. She brings more than 15 years of HVAC industry experience.
Nick Caruk has been named division manager and will oversee regional operations, including team leadership and service delivery. He has more than 10 years of industry experience and will focus on maintaining operational performance as the company scales in the market.
Amanda Whitehead will serve as office coordinator, supporting day-to-day operations, customer communication, and internal coordination. She brings 18 years of experience to the role.
According to CEO Paul Richards, the move reflects continued growth opportunities in St. Johns County and Jacksonville, where population and construction activity are increasing. He noted the company’s existing relationships with building partners, including Meritage Homes, as a factor in expanding service capabilities in the area.
