Coburn Supply’s Christy Maloney named 2026 Alice A. Martin Woman of the Year

ITASCA, Illinois — The American Supply Association (ASA) named Coburn Supply Vice President Christy Maloney as the recipient of the 2026 Alice A. Martin Woman of the Year Award.
The award recognizes leadership, industry impact, and efforts to advance women across the plumbing, heating, cooling, piping, and valve distribution channel. Maloney, based in Beaumont, Texas, received the honor during the ASA Women in Industry Division’s annual ELEVATE conference, held April 7-9 at the Westin Boston Seaport District.
According to ASA, Maloney joined Coburn Supply in 2011 after a career in commercial banking, where she served as vice president of the Commercial Lending Division at Bank of America.
Maloney has held several leadership roles within ASA’s Women in Industry Division, including vice chair from 2017 to 2018 and chair from 2019 to 2020. She currently serves as chairwoman of the membership subcommittee.
In 2025, she completed ASA University’s Master of Distribution Management program. ASA said her industry involvement also includes leadership roles with the Southern Wholesalers Association and participation in several women-focused professional groups.
The association said Maloney’s recognition reflects both professional accomplishments and her mentorship of others in the industry.
ASA presented the award during ELEVATE2026, which drew 400 attendees, including more than 170 first-time participants.
The Alice A. Martin Woman of the Year Award is named for NIBCO’s Alice A. Martin, a supporter of women’s leadership and cofounder of the Rex and Alice A. Martin Foundation in Elkhart, Indiana. Past recipients of the Alice A.
