MILWAUKEE — Regal Rexnord Corp. announced that Aamir Paul has been appointed CEO, effective no later than July 1, following the completion of his responsibilities with current employer Schneider Electric SE.
The company said Paul will also join Regal Rexnord’s board of directors when his employment begins, with an initial term running through the 2027 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
Current CEO Louis Pinkham will remain in the role until Paul’s start date to support an orderly transition. Pinkham will also resign from the board on his final day as CEO.
Regal Rexnord previously disclosed in October 2025 that its board had launched a search for Pinkham’s successor.
Paul most recently served as president of North America for Schneider Electric. Regal Rexnord said he took over that business in 2022 and helped grow operations at double-digit rates through 2025. In 2025, the business generated more than $17 billion in revenue, employed more than 43,000 people, and operated over 35 manufacturing facilities.
Before joining Schneider Electric in 2013, Paul spent more than 13 years at Dell Technologies in leadership sales roles, including senior vice president of global server solutions sales. In that position, he led worldwide go-to-market strategy for servers and oversaw global sales for data center solutions and high-performance computing.
According to Regal Rexnord Chairman Rakesh Sachdev, the board selected Paul following a comprehensive search process. Sachdev cited Paul’s experience leading global businesses, developing talent, supporting innovation, and working in growth markets such as data centers and discrete automation.
Paul said he sees strong growth potential in Regal Rexnord’s portfolio and plans to build on the company’s operating model to drive execution and value creation.
