Redwood Services Acquires Sierra Platform, Adding 400 Employees, 40,000 HVAC Customers
MEMPHIS, Tennessee — Redwood Services has acquired the Sierra Platform, expanding its residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical footprint into new U.S. markets.
According to Redwood Services, the transaction adds five partner companies, approximately 400 full-time employees, and a customer base serving more than 40,000 households annually. The Sierra Platform operates across Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, and Colorado, with headquarters in Las Vegas.
The acquisition brings Redwood into three new major markets—Las Vegas, Denver, and Boise—while strengthening its presence in Tucson. The five companies joining the platform are Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Electric in Denver; Russett Southwest and Pioneer Plumbing in Tucson; Sierra Air Conditioning and Plumbing in Las Vegas; and Ultimate Heating & Air in Boise.
In 2025, the Sierra Platform generated more than $100 million in residential revenue and maintained over 19,000 active membership agreements. Redwood Services said these figures reflect strong operational performance and recurring service revenue.
"The brands of the Sierra Platform are exactly the kind of high-quality, high-integrity businesses that fit within Redwood nation," said Richard Lewis, CEO and founder of Redwood Services. "These are five exceptional brands with experienced teams, strong customer relationships, and a track record of performance. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome them and support the next chapter of their growth."
As part of the integration, Sierra Platform leader RJ Magee will join Redwood Services as senior vice president of operations. He will support onboarding and ongoing growth initiatives for the newly added companies within Redwood’s Partner Support Center.
Magee said the partnership provides access to additional operational resources while maintaining local leadership and company culture.
Redwood Services, founded in 2020, continues to expand its national platform by partnering with residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. The company’s model focuses on combining centralized support with local brand independence as it scales into new markets.
