ServiceTitan Partners with Metallica Foundation to Support Skilled Trades Workforce

The partnership strengthens the Metallica Scholars Initiative, which now supports more than 90 schools preparing students for skilled trades careers.

Why This Matters

  • Launched in 2019 in partnership with the American Association of Community Colleges, the Metallica Scholars Initiative helps students prepare for careers in the skilled trades through education and training programs.
  • Expanding programs like the Metallica Scholars Initiative helps introduce more students to HVACR and other skilled trades, addressing the industry's ongoing technician shortage.
  • The collaboration demonstrates how technology companies and industry organizations are investing beyond software by supporting education and career pathways that benefit contractors.
