Gradian Thermal Solutions Unites Four Brands Under One Platform

Gradian Thermal Solutions launches as the parent company for MAS HVAC, Daedex, DeepCoolAI, and Ecochillers, expanding integrated cooling solutions for data centers and mission-critical facilities.

Why It Matters

  • Mission-critical cooling continues to be one of the fastest-growing HVAC markets, creating opportunities for contractors specializing in data centers, health care, manufacturing and other high-performance facilities.
  • The demand for liquid cooling and advanced thermal management is accelerating as AI computing and high-density data centers require more sophisticated cooling technologies.
  • Customization is becoming a competitive advantage, with owners increasingly seeking engineered systems tailored to unique applications rather than standard packaged equipment.

MINNEAPOLIS — Gradian Thermal Solutions has launched as the new parent brand for MAS HVAC, Daedex, DeepCoolAI and Ecochillers, bringing together four companies focused on thermal management solutions for mission-critical facilities.

Gradian Thermal Solutions also named industry veteran John Schneider CEO of the newly formed parent company. Schneider brings more than 25 years of experience in thermal management and climate control, most recently serving as president of HVACR Technologies for the Americas at Copeland. He previously held leadership positions with Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions and Vertiv.

Gradian said the new corporate structure combines the engineering expertise, manufacturing capabilities and product portfolios of its four brands to provide integrated cooling solutions for data centers and other high-density, mission-critical environments.

The company's combined offerings include liquid cooling systems, advanced air handling equipment, high-efficiency chillers and modular HVAC solutions. Gradian said the unified platform is designed to help customers simplify the design and deployment of customized thermal management systems while improving project speed and reliability.

"Gradian represents the next chapter for four highly complementary brands that are now united around a common purpose: solving the most complex thermal management challenges for mission-critical facilities," Schneider said. "By combining the engineering expertise to provide highly customized systems with the manufacturing capabilities to deliver at scale on demanding timelines, Gradian is purpose-built to give customers an integrated solution for complex cooling challenges."

The company also launched a new corporate website showcasing its product portfolio and engineering capabilities.
