NASHVILLE — Leap Partners has acquired Central Heat & Air, expanding its presence in Tennessee with the addition of the Cleveland-based HVAC contractor.
The acquisition continues the home services company's growth strategy across the Southeast. Central Heat & Air, led by Tony Bishop and Larry Gardner, has served the Cleveland, Tennessee, market for more than 40 years.
According to Leap Partners, Central Heat & Air will continue operating under its existing brand name. Tony Bishop will remain in a leadership role alongside the current team, with support and resources provided by Leap Partners.
