LEBANON, Ohio —  Contractor Commerce, an e-commerce and online buying platform for home service contractors, announced that EDEN customers will transition to its platform as EDEN winds down operations.

The move expands Contractor Commerce’s customer base while giving EDEN customers access to its artificial intelligence-guided ecommerce capabilities and hands-on support during the transition.

EDEN provides residential HVAC contractors with online quoting technology. The platform allows homeowners to review system recommendations, pricing, rebates and incentives before an in-home visit.

Under the transition, EDEN customers will be able to expand that online experience through Contractor Commerce. The platform offers capabilities that include AI-guided product recommendations, estimates, scheduling, deposits, memberships and online purchases.

The transition comes as residential HVAC contractors continue to use digital tools to give homeowners more information before and during the equipment-buying process. Contractor Commerce said its platform is designed to provide that experience while keeping contractors at the center of the customer relationship.

EDEN customers will receive hands-on support from Contractor Commerce during the transition.
