FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida — American Service Partners has launched a national residential home services platform through acquisitions of brands from Platform Partner Holdings (PPH) and Air Today Holdings (ATH).
The launch was backed by an institutional capital raise sponsored by Exuma Capital Partners. The transaction also provides an outcome for investors in ATH, according to the announcement.
American Service Partners brings together residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses across more than 15 states. The participating brands have served their communities for a combined 225-plus years.
The businesses include A-One Refrigeration, which has served Washington’s Tri-Cities since 1980; John Stevenson Plumbing, Heating & Air, a San Diego family business established in 1990; and Howze Plumbing, which has operated in the Dallas–Fort Worth area since 1995.
Landon Brewer, CEO of American Service Partners, said the company intends to support established local brands while allowing them to maintain their focus on employees and customers.
The platform plans to provide participating businesses with shared services, artificial intelligence tools, real-time intelligence, and institutional backing. The company describes its structure as an alternative to traditional private equity approaches to acquiring and consolidating home services businesses.
“Our structure gives us the flexibility to remain operator-led, with institutional backing and world-class tools, from AI and real-time intelligence to professional shared services,” Brewer said.
Brewer previously held leadership roles at American Residential Services, Legacy Service Partners, and Clockwork Home Services. He also led Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing before its acquisition by Cortec Group. He has served as PPH’s chief executive officer since 2022.
The broader PPH network will continue operating alongside American Service Partners. According to the announcement, the two organizations share operators, partners and an operating system.
Anthony Perera, founder and managing partner of Exuma Capital Partners, said institutional capital would help experienced operators build capabilities that individual local brands might not be able to develop independently.
The launch establishes another national platform serving the residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical markets, with an operating model centered on local brands and centralized business support.
