    2022 Guide to Residential Air Conditioning

    Many of this year's leading brands have introduced new heat pumps.

    New residential air conditioning systems include heat pumps from Allied Air Enterprises, for its three main brands; as well as Amana, Coleman, Champion, Fujitsu, Lennox, Luxaire, Rheem, Ruud and YORK.  There is also interest in the intelli-AIR PVA ducted air handler from Mistubishi Electric Trane HVAC US.

    Traditional mini-split manufacturers have many surprises too. Those include LG's multi-position vertical air handling unit; Daikin ATMOSPHERA and Cirra; and a new version of Samsung's WindFree;
