Midea's Packaged Terminal Heat Pump is designed for individually controlled hotel rooms, hospitality environments, and multifamily residential applications. The system supports all-climate operation, delivering heating and cooling performance across a wide temperature range.

The unit provides 100% heating capacity at 5° F and cooling performance up to 115° F. A self-heated condensate misting design helps prevent ice buildup in extreme conditions, supporting consistent operation.

For occupant comfort, the Packaged Terminal Heat Pump operates as quietly as 30 dB(A) and achieves Sound Transmission Class (STC) ratings up to 31.

The system includes an integrated fresh air solution that delivers 60 cfm of fresh air, and MERV 13 filtration. These features support improved indoor air quality in guest rooms and residential units.

According to Midea, the solution can help property owners reduce energy use by up to 75%, offering a return on investment without requiring major renovations.

Serviceability is addressed through a convenient front access design and a rotating printed circuit board (PCB). These features allow technicians to complete repairs or replacements without removing the unit from its sleeve, reducing labor time and disruption.

The Midea Packaged Terminal Heat Pump is positioned for applications where climate performance, indoor air quality, service access, and energy use are key operational considerations.
