LG Electronics introduced the LG ThinQ Pro, a smart home management platform designed for B2B customers, at the 2026 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS 2026). The platform integrates LG’s built-in appliances with connected home management tools to support builders, installers, and property managers across North America.

LG ThinQ Pro offers a single platform to manage appliances and living spaces across diverse housing types, including multi-family and rental properties. The platform covers all stages of property management, from initial installation to day-to-day operation and maintenance. Key features include:

  • Centralized Dashboard: Track appliance and property status in real time;

  • Asset Tracking: Monitor units by model and serial number;

  • Installation Workflow: Digital tracking of installation progress;

  • Predictive Maintenance Alerts: Receive notifications for service needs or potential equipment issues.

Installers can register multiple appliances using QR code scanning through the ThinQ Pro app, simplifying setup and reducing installation time. The system supports a smooth transition from installation to operational management without requiring a complete overhaul of existing property management systems.

By integrating appliances and HVAC systems, LG ThinQ Pro enables monitoring of energy use and potential hazards. Alerts for water leaks, blocked dryer ducts, or other risks help property managers respond proactively, improving safety and supporting efficient building operation.

The platform supports automated routines, such as away or home modes, enhancing convenience for residents. At the same time, property managers gain tools to operate properties more efficiently and maintain long-term property value.
