Malco Tools introduced Pipelounge, a modular copper pipe support system designed for multiple insulated HVAC line sets in commercial buildings. The system streamlines installation, protects insulation, and reduces material and labor costs compared to traditional strut assemblies.

Pipelounge accommodates multiple line sets in a single support system while allowing for thermal expansion and contraction. Features include:

  • Load Capacity: Supports up to 110 lbs per lounge;

  • Flexible Configuration: Connect horizontally for wider spans or stack vertically in tight spaces;

  • Wide Size Range: Brackets available from 4.5” (PLMINI) to 24” (PL24); and

  • Mounting Options: Compatible with 3/8” rod and nuts; joining clips and packers available.

The system eliminates the need for strut assemblies and excess components, enabling installers to complete projects 3–4 times faster in internal testing. This translates to reduced labor costs and simplified material handling for contractors and project managers.

Pipelounge brackets are made from tough, halogen-free, flame-resistant PC/ABS and are fully recyclable, supporting long-term protection for pipe insulation and sustainability goals on job sites.

Designed for both new construction and retrofit projects, Pipelounge is compatible with insulated copper piping across commercial HVAC installations, reducing disruption and installation complexity.
