Nidec Embraco Introduces Pulse Scroll Compressor with Digital Capacity Modulation
Nidec’s Embraco brand introduced the Pulse Scroll compressor line with digital capacity modulation, offering a capacity range of 2-15 HP, and an adjustable coolin goutput from 10-100% for precise temperature control.
Suitable for refrigeration and heating applications, the Pulse scroll compressor is ideal for cold rooms, multideck reach-ins, space heating, and agriculture drying chambers. Key benefits include a reduced energy consumption during low-load operation, low noise levels, and improved temperature stability to prevent product loss.
The Pulse Scroll operates with a continuous fixed-speed motor while a solenoid valve alternates the compression mechanism between loaded and unloaded states, ensuring consistent cooling performance. Its design is similar to standard fixed-speed scroll compressors, simplifying installation and maintenance.
