Once installed, technicians fill the 32 oz. magnetic reservoir with Viper Pan & Drain Treatment, a non-corrosive, biodegradable gel formulated with detergents, enzymes, and silicone. The enzymes break down existing buildup, while the silicone coats the pan, p-trap, and drain piping to improve flow and prevent future growth from adhering. Maintenance is straightforward: 8 oz. every three months for standard upkeep, or 4 oz monthly for problem drain lines. The reservoir mounts directly to the unit via built-in magnets or to a nearby surface using included drywall anchors.
