ST. LOUIS, MO – Integrated Facility Services (IFS), a full-service mechanical contractor with offices in St. Louis and Columbia, has acquired Wally’s Refrigeration at Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri.

The acquisition expands IFS Mid-Missouri’s commercial refrigeration system sales, installation and service for businesses such as restaurants and bars, grocery and convenience stores, and marinas. IFS Mid-Missouri also provides sales and service of commercial and residential ice machines.

Wally’s Refrigeration has provided commercial refrigeration and ice machine service to the Lake of the Ozarks region for more than 30 years. Wally Welchel and his four former employees have joined the IFS team.

“We are excited to bring Wally and his service techs to the IFS team. Their extensive knowledge and experience in commercial refrigeration are a good fit in IFS’s mission to be a one-stop shop for maintenance on any commercial facility,” said Lee Tiberghien, area manager of the IFS Mid-Missouri office in Columbia.

Wally’s Refrigeration, a local family-owned company, was founded in 1986. Clients include Paul’s Markets (now Woods Supermarket), Bluff City Ice and many others. For more information, call (573) 348-3036 or visit www.intfs.com/mid-missouri.

IFS is a full-service HVAC, plumbing, piping, fire protection and building automation firm with more than 220 professional and trade employees and has been a family owned company since 1966.
