New Jersey Governor Murphy has signed into law the regulations related to the state's adoption of the Environmental Protection Agency's Significant New Alternatives Policy, a program whose goal it is to evaluate and regulate substitutes for what are believed to be ozone depleting chemicals. 

This fact sheet provided today by Chemours contains details related to the policy. Dates for implementation in the state of New Jersey will be provided by EPA at a later date.
