Horizon Group Holdings Acquires Hurley & David Plumbing, Heating, and Air

NEWARK, DE, March 10, 2020 – Horizon Group Holdings has announced the acquisition of Hurley & David (“Hurley”), a trusted provider of heating, cooling, and whole-home comfort in western Massachusetts and northern Connecticut. The partnership marks HGH’s seventh acquisition in the last twelve months.

Founded in 1960 by Frank Hurley and Peter David, Hurley & David prides itself on providing the highest level of service and unmatched quality. This tradition that continued when Donald Tucker purchased the company in 1973. Don's nephew, Ward Woodruff, joined the company soon thereafter and eventually purchased the company from his uncle. Today, a third generation of the Woodruff family continues to serve homeowners.
