Be disciplined enough to keep growing your industry knowledge and HVAC skills. Accept the fact there is more out there for you to learn. It is each employee’s responsibility to grow the company and one-up the competition in this way. As the owner, you must encourage and stimulate a learning environment if you want your company to grow.
A cohesive team is the foundation of a profitable business. There must be communication and cooperation among the various departments within your organization. Perform well internally, execute well externally.
Your attitude, as the leader, will set the tone for the whole company. Therefore, no matter the business climate or circumstances, you must always present a good face. Your company’s success is dependent on it.
