LINWOOD, NJ, September 13, 2022 - Clay’s Climate Control ended the long HVAC summer season by showing appreciation for their employees’ hard work and dedication with an end-of-summer family event.
Founders of Clay’s Climate Control, Jen and Clay Pierce, kicked off the event by hosting a canoe trip starting at Mick’s Canoe in Chatsworth, NJ, down the Wading River. Employees then gathered at Clay’s outdoor space to sit back and relax while indulging in fun games, including a dunk tank, as well as tasty items provided by TacocaT food truck.
Customer Service Representative, Jackie McCutchen, added, “I could not imagine working anywhere else. Management always asks how my family is doing, and it makes me feel like I am a valued employee, not just another number.”
'The summer season is our most hectic time of the year, and again and again, our employees overcome every obstacle that comes along.' - Clay Pierce
Sources report Jen and Clay Pierce understand the importance of taking care of their employees, and this event only scratches the surface of what they do to show their appreciation, especially through the busy summer months. In addition to providing free ice cream and massages to their employees, the founding duo of Clay’s Climate Control also wanted to thank each employee’s family for their support this past season by sending home gift cards and thank you notes.
“Without our dedicated and hardworking employees, we would not be able to be the business we are today,” said Clay Pierce. “The summer season is our most hectic time of the year, and again and again, our employees overcome every obstacle that comes along. We couldn’t be happier to be able to show our appreciation for all they do.”
