ServiceTitan, a leading cloud-based business management software for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses, was named the winner of Gold and Bronze Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service at the 11th Annual Stevie® Awards. The awards were presented during a gala banquet on Friday, Feb. 24 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
The ServiceTitan Success Team won Gold for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year - Technology Industries - Computer Software in the 100 or More Employees category. The Success Team grew from 17 employees in July 2015 to nearly 80 employees as of January 2017, quadrupling the size of the team to ensure ServiceTitan users get the best experience and information to accomplish their business goals.
In the Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software - 100 or More Employees category, ServiceTitan won Bronze. One of the contributing factors to the award is that ServiceTitan pairs every home services business with a dedicated Success Manager who proactively monitors the company’s experience and progress to make sure their expectations are met.

More than 75 members of several specialized judging committees determined the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the finalists earlier this month. Finalists were determined by another 77 judges.
