It's very user-friendly, and allows HVACR contractors, distributors, and manufacturers to post job openings, and invite resumes to be submitted for those positions. Technicians, managers, and office personnel seeking jobs in the HVACR industry to post their resumes and seek out employment opportunities. The website offers free resume browsing, and an unlimited number of job postings, reportedly for the lowest price in the industry. HVAC contractor Mark Veilleux developed the site for his own use. When he saw how well it worked, he decided to offer it to other contractors.

Danfoss announced that Smardt Chiller Group Inc.is the Danfoss “EnVisioneer of the Year.” Smardt installed three, 560-ton water-cooled chillers integrated with Kiltech controls at the Goodyear, AZ manufacturing facility of Sub-Zero, manufacturer of high-end refrigeration equipment. The chiller plant provides chilled water for the entire 452,000-square-foot facility and includes six variable-speed water pumps and three cooling towers.

Registration is now open for ASHRAE's 2012 Annual Conference, June 23-27 in San Antonio. The technical program will feature tracks on integrated energy systems, and building modeling, refrigeration, and indoor environmental applications. General tracks address HVACR systems and equipment, and fundamentals and applications.
