Mike McGowan Retires from Research Products Corporation

McGowan will be succeeded by Dale Philippi, president of the Aprilaire division.

MADISON, Wis. (March 4, 2021) – Research Products Corporation, parent company of national brands Aprilaire, Anden, and DriSteem, has announced that Mike McGowan is stepping down as CEO after a successful 23-year career with the company, to pursue other interests. He will be succeeded by the current president of the Aprilaire division, Dale Philippi.

Based in Madison, Wis., Research Products Corporation (RPC) was founded in 1938 and is an established industry leader in indoor air quality, humidity control in controlled environmental agriculture, and commercial and industrial humidification. Business units include Aprilaire, which provides humidifiers, dehumidifiers, thermostats, air purifiers and ventilation for residential homes, Anden, which provides environmental control solutions built for commercial and industrial applications, and driSteem, which designs and manufacturers
humification systems for the commercial market. RPC, its business units and its 800 employees work through a large network of certified professionals nationwide.
