FORT SMITH, Arkansas — Trane by Trane Technologies opened a new commercial HVAC sales and distribution office in Fort Smith, Arkansas, on May 14.
The office will serve as a regional hub for HVAC equipment, service, turnkey, and controls sales. According to the company, the facility is intended to strengthen support for customers and partners in Fort Smith and surrounding markets.
The new office is expected to support up to 10 employees and will help deliver HVAC products, services, and solutions throughout the region.
The expansion adds to Trane’s existing footprint in Fort Smith, where the company has operated a commercial HVAC manufacturing facility for more than 30 years. The manufacturing site employs about 200 people and produces custom air handler units.
Last year, the Fort Smith manufacturing facility announced plans to expand operations to support production of thermal management solutions.
