HAZELWOOD, Missouri —The Rapid Locking System (RLS) marked National HVAC Tech Day by hosting hands-on training events and technician appreciation activities focused on workforce education and contractor support.
According to RLS, the company partnered with Sila HPEC and Johnstone Supply to host a training session where more than 20 HVACR technicians received instruction on the company's press fitting technology. RLS also provided breakfast for attendees as part of the event.
The company also brought its mobile showroom to Daikin Comfort in Earth City, Missouri, where technicians participated in another hands-on training session. The event included product demonstrations, refreshments, and giveaway items.
RLS said the events reflect its ongoing investment in contractor education through its training programs, training center, and mobile showroom, which launched in 2024 to deliver hands-on instruction across the United States.
The National HVAC Tech Day activities featured training led by Joe Cotsis, regional sales manager at RLS, and Caden Hill, territory sales representative for Texas and Oklahoma.
