DALLAS — Ecoer is celebrating its 10-year anniversary by recognizing its distributor and contractor partners while reaffirming its commitment to developing connected residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology.
Founded in 2016, the company said it has focused on improving system performance throughout the HVAC lifecycle, from installation and commissioning to long-term service and operation.
According to Ecoer, its inverter-driven systems are designed to deliver more consistent indoor temperatures while improving energy efficiency, humidity control, and operating noise compared with conventional systems.
The company also highlighted its Automatic Refrigerant Charging Technology, which is intended to help contractors improve installation consistency by reducing refrigerant charging errors that can affect system performance and lead to future service calls.
Ecoer said its Ecoer Smart Service (ESS) platform uses Internet of Things technology to provide real-time equipment monitoring, proactive diagnostics, and service insights. The platform is designed to help contractors identify potential issues earlier and support preventive maintenance.
"Reaching our 10-year milestone is about much more than celebrating our achievements," said Louis Ing, founder and CEO of Ecoer. "It's about recognizing the incredible partners who believed in our vision and helped us bring a new standard of comfort to homeowners across the country. Our distributors, contractors, and customers have been the driving force behind everything we've accomplished. We are deeply grateful for their trust, loyalty, and commitment. As we look ahead, we remain focused on advancing our role as a technology-driven HVAC manufacturer by developing systems that make HVAC smarter, more reliable, and easier for our distributors and contractors to install, service, and support."
The company also cited distributor partner Star AC Supply as an example of business growth within the inverter-driven HVAC market, noting that the distributor doubled sales in the small inverter segment.
Looking ahead, Ecoer said it will continue investing in connected technologies, system intelligence, installation consistency, and service optimization to support contractors and meet changing homeowner expectations for comfort, efficiency, and reliability.
