RICHARDSON, Texas — Service Experts has signed a new franchise agreement covering three territories along Colorado’s Front Range, expanding the residential HVAC company’s national franchise network.

The territories include Longmont, Fort Collins, and Greeley and will be owned and operated by Mitch Rose and Chandler Sykes. The first location is expected to open this fall.

The agreement adds to Service Experts’ ongoing franchise expansion and gives the new owners access to the company’s more than 30 years of operational experience, along with its systems, support and infrastructure.

Nick Ridgway, vice president of franchise development for Service Experts, said Rose and Sykes bring business leadership and operational experience to the franchise network.

Rose spent more than 20 years in high-tech product management, where he led multimillion-dollar business units and profit-and-loss operations. He also served for 11 years as a U.S. Army Reserve veteran.

Rose said the franchise model provides an opportunity to build a business while using an established operating platform.

Sykes brings experience in operations and entrepreneurship. He said the franchise model provides the structure and support of an established brand while allowing the owners to build a local business.

The Colorado agreement reflects continued expansion of Service Experts’ franchise model as the company adds locally owned territories to its residential HVAC network.
