NEWARK, Delaware — Rocket Group announced a partnership with True Blue Mechanical, a residential and commercial HVAC contractor serving Newark, Delaware, and surrounding areas. The agreement marks Rocket Group’s 12th home services partnership and its first expansion into the Northeast market.
True Blue Mechanical provides heating, cooling, Indoor Air Quality, and water heater services to residential and commercial customers across northern Delaware.
Rocket Group said the partnership supports its strategy of working with established local brands while providing systems and resources intended to accelerate growth.
“True Blue Mechanical's proven track record, quality workmanship, and strong customer relationships position them as the ideal partner to launch our Northeast expansion,” said Victor Rancour, CEO of Rocket Group.
Under the agreement, True Blue Mechanical will retain its brand name, local leadership, and phone number. Rocket Group said it will provide support through call center optimization, technician training, and data-driven marketing systems.
Rocket Group said its national network now includes 203 employees and 142 vehicles across 12 partner companies.
“Joining Rocket Group means our team gains access to resources and training that most independent companies never get to experience,” said Justin Angelo, president of True Blue Mechanical.
The companies said the integration plan will focus on employee development, customer experience, and long-term investment in the Delaware market and surrounding region.
True Blue Mechanical will continue operating as a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Dealer and Rheem Certified Dealer. Customers will continue working with the same technicians while gaining expanded scheduling flexibility, additional product options, and improved warranty support, according to the announcement.
