NAVAC Introduces Smart Combustion Analyzer

The NMA1 measures O₂, CO, flue gas temperature and differential pressure, while calculating combustion efficiency, CO₂, excess air and flue gas loss.

NAVAC announced the launch of its NMA1 Smart Combustion Analyzer, a smartphone-like diagnostic tool designed to help HVAC technicians capture fast, reliable combustion readings in the field. The NMA1 combines onboard sensing, a high-resolution touchscreen, wireless connectivity, and rugged construction to simplify combustion analysis and help technicians make faster, more informed service decisions.

Built for residential and commercial service professionals, the NMA1 consolidates complete combustion analysis into one instrument with a vivid 5-inch HD touchscreen. The analyzer delivers real-time measurements for oxygen (O₂), carbon monoxide (CO), flue gas temperature and differential pressure, while calculating key performance indicators including carbon dioxide (CO₂), combustion efficiency, excess air, and flue gas loss. It supports all major fuel types and system applications, providing the information technicians need to assess system performance, diagnose issues, and document results.

The NMA1 features Bluetooth connectivity with the myNAVAC app, allowing technicians to monitor live readings remotely and hands-free from a connected device, while storage for up to 1,000 job records helps service professionals maintain detailed documentation for customers and facilities. Designed for daily use in demanding conditions, the analyzer features rugged, jobsite-ready construction, and a rechargeable lithium battery. Every unit includes the accessories needed to begin work immediately and is backed by a two-year device warranty and a four-year sensor warranty.

By integrating differential-pressure measurement, the NMA1 eliminates the need to carry a separate manometer, helping technicians streamline diagnostic workflows and reduce the number of tools required on a service call.
