In order to keep customers loyal in this competitive market and differentiate themselves from the competition, service providers need to provide stellar customer service that will keep people coming back. Author Diane Haines of Sage Construction & Real Estate explains how the right technology can provide contractors with information to offer the best service — from easy access to customer service history, to ordering the right parts for a repair —and can also help optimize service operations.

Design Master Software released new versions of its three programs, Design Master HVAC, Design Master Electrical, and Design Master Plumbing.
