MECHANICVILLE, New York — Rocket Group has entered New York for the first time through a partnership with Mechanicville-based Glamorgan Heating & Cooling, bringing the HVAC contractor into its national network as its 13th brand.
Glamorgan serves homeowners in more than 25 Capital Region communities, including Albany, Saratoga, Troy, Schenectady, and Clifton Park. Its services include air conditioning, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, ductless systems, and water heater installation and repair.
The partnership provides Glamorgan with access to Rocket Group’s operational systems, sales training, strategic marketing support, financial infrastructure, national vendor relationships, call center training, and sales coaching.
The network also includes access to RGBI, Rocket Group’s proprietary AI platform for HVAC operators. The platform analyzes incoming calls, tracks technician closure rates, integrates QuickBooks financial data, and identifies missed revenue opportunities, according to the company.
“New York has been on our radar for a while, and Glamorgan was exactly the partner we wanted to walk in with,” said Victor Rancour, CEO of Rocket Group Holdings.
Glamorgan Founder Nick Hitt said the partnership will give the company’s team additional tools and support as it continues serving customers across the Capital Region.
“We have spent years earning the trust of homeowners across the Capital Region, and that trust means everything to us,” Hitt said. “This partnership gives our team the tools and support to deliver an even higher level of service to the customers who have believed in us from the beginning.”
Glamorgan has grown since 2022, according to the company. The partnership is intended to provide additional operational structure and support as the contractor continues its growth.
